  • To assist you in resolving the error, we have compiled a list of solutions that you can follow and implement on your own to regain access to the ITV Hub app.
Solution 1: Reinstall the app iPhone or iPad:
  • Hold the app you wish to reinstall down until it vibrates. Tap the X in the upper right corner, then uninstall.
  • Open the App Store app, then tap the account logo, followed by the Purchased.
  • At the top of the screen, tap Not on This iPad or iPhone to see a list of apps you’ve uninstalled. You can also look for the removed app in the App Store.
  • To the right of the application, you wish to reinstall, tap the cloud symbol.
  • To install the app, enter your Apple ID and password if prompted.
Android:
  • Tap and hold the app you wish to remove.
  • Drag the application to the top of the page, then select Uninstall.
  • To delete the app, pull your finger off it immediately it turns red.
  • On your Android phone or tablet, launch the Google Play Store app.
  • On the right, tap the profile icon.
  • Tap Manage apps & devices, after tapping the Manage option.
  • Select the application you want to install or activate.
  • To reinstall the application, select Install or Enable.
Solution 2: Clear the app cache and app data iOS:
  • Clearing the cache on your iPhone or iPad is a quick and easy process that takes only a few minutes.
  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  • Scroll down until you find the right app, then tap it.
  • Look for the Clear cache tab. To clear the app’s cache, tap the button next to it.
Android:
  • Navigate to the Apps menu in the Settings screen.
  • From the drop-down box, select Installed Applications.
  • Track down the application whose cache you want to remove.
  • Proceed to the Files section after selecting the app.
  • To clear the cache, select Clear App Cache.
Solution 3: Restart your Device
  • By pushing and holding the power button, you can turn off the device.
  • If your device is powered by a cable, disconnect the cable from the device for at least 1 minute after you’ve turned it off.
  • Reconnect the power cable and power on the device.
Solution 4: Restart your modem and router
  • Power off your modem and router by pressing the power button or removing the power cable from your router.
  • Wait at least 15 seconds before plugging the modem back in.
  • Wait 1-2 minutes before switching on the router. Wait for all of the panel lights on your modem to become green.
  • Connect your PC to the network and check your internet connection.
Solution 5: Reset your DNS Settings Mac DNS settings:
  • Open System Settings and navigate to the Network tab.
  • Select Advanced, then the DNS tab.
  • Disable any visible DNS servers, or use your gateway’s IP address if you wish to use your modem/router setup.
  • To add a new DNS server, click the + sign.
  • For a speedier search, use Google DNS servers:
  • DNS server address: 8.8.8.8
  • 8.8.4.4 is an alternate DNS server.
  • To save the changes, click OK, then Apply.
Windows 10 DNS settings:
  • Right-click the Start button and select Run.
  • Enter “ncpa.cpl” (without the quotation marks) into your keyboard.
  • Right-click the network adapter for which you want to reset the DNS settings, and then select Properties.
  • Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4) and then click Properties.
  • For a speedier search, use the following DNS server addresses and Google DNS servers:
  • DNS server preference: 8.8.8.8
  • 8.8.4.4 is an alternative DNS server.
  • If you want to use your modem/router settings, select Acquire DNS server address automatically.
